# Q-Lab Receives 8th Top Workplaces Award by The Plain Dealer

[Q-Lab](https://www.q-lab.com) is honored to have once again been named by the Plain Dealer as a Top Workplace for 2021! This award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey by Energage LLC, which measures 15 culture drivers critical to any organization’s success including alignment, execution, and connection. This announcement was publicized in this past weekend’s Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper and [online](https://www.cleveland.com/business/2021/06/see-the-full-list-of-northeast-ohios-175-top-workplaces-in-2021.html).
The 2021 appearance marks Q-Lab’s eighth time featured on the Top Workplace list, and seventh in a row! Headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, with facilities located in Florida, Arizona, England, Germany, and China, Q-Lab’s success is driven and inspired by the passion and skill and of its diverse global team.
Q-Lab is a global leader in accelerated weathering and corrosion test equipment, contract testing services, and standard test panels for paints.
