The close proximity to the ocean provides an ideal environment to test their specimens. The SpaceX team was able to set their tests up using Q-RACK outdoor exposure racks in the perfect spot (with a pretty impressive backdrop!). Q-Lab's Q-RACK Outdoor Exposure Racks are the same aluminum racks that are used at Q-Lab's outdoor accredited testing facilities at Q-Lab Florida and Q-Lab Arizona.
