Bill Tobin is a Senior Technical Marketing Specialist for Q-Lab. Bill’s been involved in various aspects of weathering and corrosion, from round robin testing to product troubleshooting. Bill is also involved in developing many weathering and corrosion standards as a member of ISO, ASTM, IEC, AATCC, and several other standards organizations.
